The sleeve has great texture on the inside and with the expantion of the sleeve it grinds against every inch. Its a great tight seal around the shaft and makes things fun to pull against the pressure. The ability to pull stronger suction by holding down the button is a big plus too.

I was actually not expecting much since this was on sale but I was blown away by the quality when I opened the box. It feels more expensive than most of the other toys I’ve bought that cost twice as much. It completely blew me away when I used it. Okay I'm an experienced user- maybe not advanced- and I can only get the head in. Right now it's just an aspirational toy- it's very heavy and extremely thick. It'll take me a while to work up to this but it is very sturdy and a well made product. Not for the faint of heart- super girthy.
