The sleeve has great texture on the inside and with the expantion of the sleeve it grinds against every inch. Its a great tight seal around the shaft and makes things fun to pull against the pressure. The ability to pull stronger suction by holding down the button is a big plus too.

This toy is utterly amazing. Jaw-dropping performance. I use it externally and when I get it adjusted to hit the right spots, oh wow! The better part about this product is how realistic it actually is. It bends as much as you would ever want the suction cup works awesome. But if ur looking for something massive and realistic this is something you should get. 4 stars because it was not discrete shipping at all.
